Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also contained in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
